I have been very lucky to have Jo Narayan as my personal trainer over the past three years. She has helped me recover from hip surgery, maintain and improve my fitness throughout all 39 weeks of my pregnancy and then regain my motivation and fitness postnatally. Jo has a fantastic ability to make every session enjoyable and has kept me going both physically and mentally through some difficult times in my life. As a medical doctor, I am always grateful for the in-depth knowledge that she has in all aspects of training. Her ongoing commitment to professional development and study is outstanding. She has a special ability to share her knowledge and expertise and to motivate while at the same time always making training rewarding and enjoyable.
